How are Base Shield and Base Seal treatment different?

Base Shield is for Magic Press. It creates a matte, smooth finish for the press-ons to adhere to.

Base Seal Treatment is for Gloss. It can either be used before Gloss as a protective measure, or on its own as a nail treatment in between sets!

How do I incorporate it into my Gloss or Magic Press routine?

Prep your nails first, apply Base Seal for Gloss or Base Shield for Magic Press, and then apply your nails! Make sure you fully dry your nails in between each step.

I applied Red Therapy Base Seal, but my nails turned white. What's wrong?

This can happen if your nails are not completely clean or dry before applying Red Therapy. If you wash and dry your hands completely, and apply one more layer, it will disappear!

Wow!
I love magic press nails, and this base coat made a HUGE difference in the staying power! I loved DD Magic Press nails over other brands before I used this product bc of their superior durability & longevity over all of the others I’ve tried (KISS Impress, Olive & June, generics from Amazon/TEMU, etc). This base coat was a game changer even for my DD nails. Now, I have to remove them bc they look ragged they’ve been on so long, not bc the adhesive has failed/is failing. I recommend this product-strongly. Only $9 to lose if it didn’t work; so, I took the chance.

Works great!
The base shield really helps to protect my nails and makes magic press adhere better, and last longer! I think it also works for adhering gloss as well.

This is great for protecting nails!!!
Love protecting my nails with this base shield prior to applying Magic Press nails! You simply apply it similar to polish but it dries quickly. I’ve been using this and Magic Press nails for almost three years, I’ve never experienced issues with my nails being damaged. Highly recommend!
