Need to make a return or Exchange?
Step 1
Navigate to our self-service returns portal. You'll need your order number and email address associated with your order on hand.
Step 2
Select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and follow the prompts on the screen.
Step 3
Package your items according to the emailed instructions, then print & attach your prepaid label. Finally, drop the package off at your local post office.
Returns
Unopened items may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of placing the order. Items must be unopened, unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return it to us in its original condition.
Please note that original shipping will not be refunded for any returns.
*In the case that items arrive open/tampered with, we will not be able to issue a refund and must dispose of the product for sanitary purposes.
E-Gift Card Policy
Unfortunately, once the 90 day refund period for the e-gift card has passed, we are unable to issue a refund. However, Dashing Diva E-Gift Cards do not expire.
Start Your Return
To start your return, please follow the link below and be sure to have your order number and associated email address on hand. The cost of return shipping is covered by us. A return confirmation including a shipping label and return instructions will be emailed to you. Once we receive your return, we will carefully inspect all items. If you have requested a refund to your original method of payment, it will be issued after the return has been received and inspected. Dashing Diva will not issue refunds for items that arrive at our facility damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable.
A credit will be applied to your original form of payment within ten business days of receipt at our facility. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the credit to your account once they have received this information.
If you opted for store credit, you will receive an emailed gift card once your return items have been placed in the mail and are in transit back to our facility.
**Sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return or exchange.**
**All promotional and holiday sale event items are FINAL SALE.**
**Orders placed using discount codes may be returned as long as they are unopened, and within the 30 days of placing the order, with the exception of special holiday promotions**
Exchanges
In order to perform an exchange, the item(s) you wish to swap out must be unopened, unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return it to us in its original condition. If you would like to make an exchange, select the exchange option at the link below. You may exchange products of the same product type and price. If you would prefer a new product type, please instead return the unwanted items and opt for store credit – this way, you will receive your store credit once you’ve placed the return items in the mail!
Similar to returns, you will receive an email confirmation including a shipping label and instructions.
Once the items you have selected to exchange have been placed in the mail and are in transit to our facility, your exchange order will be fulfilled and sent out to you.
Online Purchases
Claims for defective items must be filed within 14 days of delivery. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email Customer Service at INFO@DASHINGDIVA.COM with your order number, item number, and a clear photo of the defective merchandise. Without the accompaniment of photos, it will be difficult to assist you. Once we confirm that the item is truly defective, we will be happy to offer you either a replacement or refund via store credit or your original payment method, depending on inventory.
If it is difficult to deem the issue a result of product quality, we will try our best to assist you in resolving the issue by providing our product expertise.
Retail Purchases
If an item was not purchased directly from us, we unfortunately do not have the ability to issue a refund for it. Please return the item to the retailer from which you purchased the item. The majority of our retail partners offers a satisfaction guaranteed return policy. However, if you truly believe the item is defective, please email us with photos of application and proof of purchase in the form of a receipt. We will try our best to help.
Order Cancelation
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they are submitted.
If you change your mind, or no longer need your order, upon receipt of your order, you can:
1. Decline the package(s) and instruct USPS to 'return to sender'
2. Utilize our Returns portal on the website to initiate a return or exchange by following the link below. *Final Sale items will not be available as an option in the return portal.
