Returns & Exchanges
We, at Dashing Diva, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (866)665-3482.
Please include the original packing slip with your reason for the return. Once we receive the package, we will issue the refund in within ten business days. A credit will be applied to your original form of payment. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the credit to your account once they have received this information. Dashing Diva will not issue refunds for items that arrive to our facility damaged in any way.
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours. Please email email@example.com if you wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours the order has been processed and may already be in route to you and can no longer be cancelled.
Damages // Defects
Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 5 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Please keep all damaged packaging materials, including the box and all inside contents. Dashing Diva will note the issue with the carrier in order to file a damage claim. Damage claims will aid in the refund and replacement of your item by the carrier. Packaging materials must be kept or we will be unable to process a damage claim with the carrier.
Claims must be reported immediately by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at (866)665-3482. Please provide images of the damaged products. Claims received after 5 business days of delivery will not be processed.
