Multiple lamp cycles are necessary to get the polish not to be sticky or dull. This product is not as advertised.

The girl at the beauty supply said I could use it wit a different gel polish, well it never dried the polish, so I called the supply house followed her instructions, I had to turn it on 5+ times. The polish lasted one day. It peeled off . Have not used it since. Very disappointed.

My lamp will not come on. Very disappointing
DDDashing Diva1 month agoOh no, Lauren! We're so sorry to hear about your experience with the One Gel LED Lamp. Please make sure the micro-USB is fully plugged into the back of the lamp—no metal connectors should be showing, and the cord should sit flush against the lamp.
Try a different outlet and press the button firmly on the back. It should power on. If it’s still not working, our Customer Service team would be happy to help! Just email us at info@dashingdiva.com

I kept having to plug and unplug the lamp to get it to work. I will say it cures the polish but that’s the only good thing I can say.
