GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES / TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Sponsor
The giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Dashing Diva USA, located at 1 Harbor Park Dr., Port Washington, NY 11050 (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote it.
2. Eligibility
Except for residents in New York, Florida and Rhode Island, the Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
3. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on February 18, 2026 at 3PM EST and ends on March 20, 2026 at 3PM EST (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.
5. How to Enter
Participants may enter by:
- Completing the form on the Dashing Diva landing page or via a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, including submission of a valid email address, phone number, and product preference.
Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.
6. Winner Selection
15 winners will be selected a random drawing conducted on or about March 30, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Prizes
- Prize(s): Multiple nail sets from Dashing Diva, including but limited to gel nail strips, semi-cured gel nail strips, artificial press-on nails, and gel polish.
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Each Prize: $400
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
8. Winner Notification
Winner(s) will be notified via email within 14 days of the drawing.
If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 30 days, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Taxes
Winner(s) are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize. A Form 1099 may be issued if required by law.
10. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winner(s) grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- Technical failures of any kind
- Unauthorized human intervention
- Errors in administration of the Promotion
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation or prize acceptance.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may result in disqualification.
13. Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Disputes; Arbitration
Except where prohibited, by participating in this Promotion, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be seated in the State of New York and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration proceedings may be conducted virtually or in a manner consistent with the AAA Consumer Rules.
All claims shall be brought on an individual basis only and not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees unless otherwise required by applicable law.
