One thing that needs to be real clear in the instructions is that you need to plug it in to a sufficiently strong power supply as this is a 10W lamp. I initially plugged it in to my laptop and had the same problem as other people that it blinks off after a few seconds. I thought it was defective. Then I tried plugging it in directly to a charger and it works fine. Works with both my nice Anker GaN laptop charger and some random unbranded 2 amp phone/tablet charger.
Not all USB-C ports or chargers can provide sufficient power. I suspect some of the cheaper/older phone chargers may not be powerful enough either. It's not customers' fault for not realizing this as not everybody is technically minded about electrical stuff. It should be mentioned explicitly in the instructions what's the minimum charger you need to run this lamp.

Multiple lamp cycles are necessary to get the polish not to be sticky or dull. This product is not as advertised.

The girl at the beauty supply said I could use it wit a different gel polish, well it never dried the polish, so I called the supply house followed her instructions, I had to turn it on 5+ times. The polish lasted one day. It peeled off . Have not used it since. Very disappointed.

DDDashing Diva1 month agoOh no, Lauren! We're so sorry to hear about your experience with the One Gel LED Lamp. Please make sure the micro-USB is fully plugged into the back of the lamp—no metal connectors should be showing, and the cord should sit flush against the lamp.
