Job Description
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with design, R&D, and production teams to ensure product features align with brand and consumer trends.
- Conduct market research to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and target customer segmentation.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to refine product marketing strategies.
- Manage product launch calendars and timelines to ensure effective and timely rollout.
- Work closely with sales teams and retailers to build marketing materials and support campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Analyze and report on product performance post-launch, generating actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop digital and in-store promotional strategies and content to maximize consumer engagement.
- Create and manage product training materials for internal teams and retail partners.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industries.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, including C-suite, vendors, and retail partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making, including KPI tracking and analysis.
- Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.

Salary Range:
$80,000~$100,000 per year | The base pay offered varies depending on multiple factors, such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience.
