Job Description
- Design and create nail tips and sample boards on a regular basis
- Make nail sample boards for various ongoing projects
- Apply nail stickers to nail tips, gel nails/basic polish to nail tips
- Make layout of artwork using nail stickers
- Conduct regular product testing and assessment to ensure product performance, quality, and safety
- Evaluate all incoming samples in close collaboration with factories and the sourcing team
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and generate new product ideas based on market trends, customer feedback, and brand vision
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences
- Support the product development team in all aspects of creation and launch
- Assist in the research and development of new products, expanding the existing product line
- Other duties assigned by the Senior Nail Art Designer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual design, or related field
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Creative mindset with a sharp eye for trends, innovation, and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of project workflows and effective cross-functional and external partner communication
- Knowledge of nail polish, products, and cosmetology
- Detail-orientated and has a keen eye for nail designs
- Effective communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

Salary Range:
$24.03~$27.88 per hour | The base pay offered varies depending on multiple factors, such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience.
