Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, and use the included Prep Pad to remove any oils from your nails. Make sure you completely push back your cuticles as well.
First, apply an ample amount of cuticle oil. After peeling off a corner along the cuticle line, gently roll the strips off. Don’t rush with this! It helps to apply additional oil to the fingers you’re using to roll the strips off as well. The more lubrication, the better!
Don’t expose your nails to household cleansers or harsh chemicals! Nails are more permeable than skin. Even prolonged exposure to water can dry out your nails and hands. Always wear gloves when cleaning, and apply hand lotion after you wash or wet your hands. (Just make sure to stay away from water and lotion for a couple of hours after GLOSS application.)

They are ok if you're not going to be using your hands. They stick really well on the inner nail area but pull away from the fingernail tip by the next day!
Someone gifted me these and I didn’t think I had time to apply them. Decided to give it a go and did them on a roadtrip. It’s been a week and my nails still look amazing. I gave up on nail polish a while ago as a young mom who never gets a break. Nail polish just can’t withstand what I put my hands through. But I fell in love with these and they are beautiful and durable so I ordered a few more. I can finally have pretty hands again! Yay!!
