Wash your hands with an oil-free soap and water (dish soap works great to remove oils from the skin and nails! This helps Glaze adhere best). Shape the nails and push back cuticles. Use the enclosed Prep Pad to remove any remaining oil and residue. Make sure your nails are completely dry before application.
To remove GLAZE, apply cuticle oil (such as our Red Therapy Nourishing Cuticle Oil) to the base of the nail. Using a manicure stick, gently and slowly lift the nail strip from the corner of the cuticle area. Saturate the nail with additional oil to help loosen the adhesive. After a few moments, gently and slowly lift off the Glaze from your nail by pushing from the cuticle line toward the tip of the nail with the wooden stick. Do not rush! If you feel any tension, apply more oil, and allow more time for the adhesive to dissolve.
Tip 1: Before use, clean the cuticle line neatly. This step is important, as dead skin is a main cause of premature lifting, and hair getting caught. Carefully push back the cuticles and optionally remove your cuticles by trimming with a cuticle nipper or gently buffing them away with the included file. Then, ensure the nails are clear from oils and residue by wiping down with the included prep pad.
Tip 2: Press down all around the cuticle area and entire nail surface using the included wooden stick. Then, press and smooth the entire nail surface with your finger, making sure there is no gap between Glaze and your nail.

The pictures of this set do not do it justice. I bought it for a fall color, but used them in August because they were so pretty! And I ordered 2 more boxes after I saw how pretty they looked on. This color is definitely one of my all time favorites. I have been using Dashing Diva gloss, glaze and glow for over a year and am in love with doing my own nails at home. I love the freedom of picking colors from the comfort of my own home. I actually look forward to doing my nails every two weeks, and can't wait to see how all the different colors look when finished. Picking gel colors at a salon actually started to stress me out because if you don't like what you pick you are stuck with it for two weeks. When you do these at home, if you don't like them you have the option to take them off and do another. It's much more enjoyable for me to not be so pressured to hurry up and pick a color at a salon.
Honestly, I can say after doing many of these manis at home, I have never disliked one enough to take it off. The colors and designs are so nice. Of course some I have liked better than others, but all have been tasteful and pretty. I am actually pretty picky about how my nails look. I've been doing or getting my nails done for 45 years. But I have had so much fun with these and everyone is surprised that I didn't have them done at a salon when I tell them they are Dashing Diva. They stay on until I take them off. My first time using this line from Dashing Diva and I LOVE the glaze strips. It literally took me 10 mins to apply, cure and I was done. I like the fact that they are thicker with the "dome" feature to them. The color is really vivid and DIMENSIONAL. Its not a print with "pixels" its actual polish. I love that they cure hard but still flexible with my natural nails. I do have to work on my technique so I don't get lifting near the cuticle.
