I was skeptical that these nails would look professional, but they really do! I have been impressed by the durability, the shine, and the overall look! I think warm grey might be a new favorite!
Nice, but not my cup of tea.
I wanted to try Glaze to see if I'd like it to swap out with Magic Press. This starter kit was great, it's a cost effective way to get a lamp. The color is a nice glossy purplish gray - it's a nice neutral color but not boring. I only had the tips on for about 4 days before deciding to take them off, but boy did they adhere well. I spent hours cooking and cleaning without gloves on the 3rd day and there was not one chip in the gel, nor was there any peeling.
But, folks, did I ever have a time getting these on!! DD would do well to number the strips, like they do the press ons. I had picked out all my tips and then go to put them on and find out i had not gotten the right sizes. Also the sheet set up makes no sense. Luckily I wised up on the next nail. Placing the strips right in the middle of the nail was hard. I also apparently picked the wrong size for most nails. You can see all the uncovered space on my nails in the pictures. I also attempted to cut down the thumb strips to get them to fit better. It...did not go well. And when I was placing the gels, at least half the time i was slightly…
