Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the Creative Director, while working closely with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams to create and plan design deliverables
  • Develop and design content across digital platforms including all ecommerce 
     ( i.e. homepage, landing pages, PDP/PLP) as well as supporting brand email marketing, social and display paid media, event activation, interactive microsites and etc
  • Responsible for creative concept, creative brief, shoot brief, on set art direction, and execution of all assets
  • Participate in Creative briefings, and partner closely with Marketing to understand 360 campaign needs
  • Ensure the level of excellence in all creative work designed and executed. This includes concept, design, photographic art direction, supervision of retouching, supervision of production, and supervision of all execution for campaigns to ensure consistency and cohesiveness
  • Supervises e-commerce photography and digital projects
  • Co-manages talent for photo shoots including hiring of Hair & Make-up Artists, Stylists, and Models
  • Facilitates post-production of shoots
  • In partnership with the Social Media Marketing team develop compelling static & video content ideas and identify creative collaborators for all social media needs
  • Remain current on emerging trends in digital branded entertainment and technology, to bring consistently fresh thinking and “state of the art” innovations


    • 5+ years of professional experience is required in a creative environment, with 3+ years of on set experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in creative arts, Art Director, Design or related field
    • Drive for innovation and disruption with cosmetic, global and luxury mindset
    • Awareness of emerging technologies and proactively seeks diversification of knowledge, skills and abilities
    • Creative integration across all media/sales channels
    • Excellent written and verbal communications, strong presentation skills, ability to personally organize and set priorities
    • Must be able to interface with Marketing and Packaging departments.
    • Must be aware of current fashion, beauty and lifestyle trends
    • Must have substantial knowledge of print production including retouching, pre-press, proofing and be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma (a plus)
    • Must be capable of handling numerous projects in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
    • Must be a responsible self-starter and be able to work with minimum supervision
    • – Project Management Tool experience preferred
